We are what we think, and we become what we allow our minds to dwell upon. Our thoughts have a great influence on our lives. Thoughts are very powerful; they determine our mental state. (such as happiness or sadness). Just as you can think yourself happy, you can think yourself sad or mad.

Mind – The faculty of the brain that manifests itself in mental sensations such as perception, thinking, imagining, reasoning, memory, etc.

Think(ing) – To employ one’s mind to consider something, to form connected ideas, to try to solve problems, to understand, etc.

Thoughts – Ideas, opinions, and beliefs produced by thinking.

Imagination – The ability to form new ideas, mental images or concepts of external objects that are not real, or things that you have not experienced.

Meditation – To think deeply or focus one’s mind on something for a period of time.

Memory – The faculty of the mind that stores and remembers information.
