I am apprehended of Jesus Christ

Acts 12:1-5,12 | Philippians 3:12-14

To apprehend means to capture, lay hold or arrest someone guilty of a crime. We are apprehended of Jesus Christ when we respond to his act of love at Calvary by faith and obedience. But we must continue to surrender to his word that we never lose his hold on us.
