Anointed for God’s purpose

Luke 4:16-21 | 1 John 2:27

God chooses the ordinary, common, practical things of the world to sanctify them (set them apart) for his praise and glory. When God anoints you with the Holy Ghost, you are no longer an ordinary vessel, but a vessel of honor “sanctified, and meet for the master’s use, and prepared unto every good work.” 2 Timothy 2:21
