Make sure you’re seeking Jesus for the right bread

“Labour not for the meat which perisheth, but for that meat which endureth unto everlasting life, which the Son of man shall give unto you: for him hath God the Father sealed.” – John 6:27
Can you see what God is trying to show you?
January 14, 2024
The Word of God is a mirror that shows us something about ourselves that needs to be corrected or removed. The more time we make to examine our lives by God’s Word, we cleanse our hearts and mind from spiritual defilement (1 John 1:9). In contrast, the less time we spend in the mirror of God’s Word, the heart will become cluttered with junk, and become unclean, and this uncleanness will result in spiritual lethargy and broken fellowship with God.

Nowhere in the Bible says that just any kind of praying will bring peace and joy to our hearts or will be answered by God. The purpose of prayer is not to change God’s mind or to convince God to do something that He does not want to do. The purpose of prayer is to align our thoughts, our will, and our ways with God’s thoughts, will and way.
Don’t let your well run dry
September 17, 2022
In the bible, a well is used as an illustration to connect with God and gain access to the living water, which is the Holy Ghost. Situations, troubles, and problems may cause your spiritual joy to become low. Disobedience will block your access to spiritual refreshment. Re-establish your connection with God, by confessing and repenting of your sins. Then praise and thank him to stir up the well of living water in your soul.

God is the only one who can accurately diagnose who we are and what we need. He sees what is on the inside and not only the external. Let God’s Word reveal to you what needs to be removed from your lives so you can put on the new nature of God and prosper in his spiritual blessings.

January 29, 2022
An open door represents an open heart to let God into our lives. An open heart will manifest to open eyes to see God’s will clearer in our lives and open ears to hear and obey his voice.
